Autoclave tape is used to hold sterilisation packs together and as a process indicator in steam sterilisers.

  • The tape shows some changes during sterlisation process of 10 min at 121 °C or 2 min at 134 °C in the steam steriliser, which indicates that it has gone through the process
  • The tapes are lead free, which prevent from disposing of lead in regular water streams
  • With an aggressive, pressure-sensitive adhesive designed to adhere to a variety of wraps so that the pack stays secure during sterilisation
  • After sterilisation the tape is designed to remove easily and cleanly
